## Returns
We accept returns within **30 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
* Be unused and in its original condition
* Be in the original packaging
* Include all tags, accessories, and documentation
* Have proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom-made products
* Clearance or final sale items
* Personal care products that have been opened or used
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
## Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.
## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
## Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within **24 hours** of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
