Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Due to high demand and global fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Delays & External Factors

Nexaris is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal service issues (e.g., USPS, courier delays)

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

These factors are outside of our control and may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Nexaris is not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact the shipping provider directly

Nexaris is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This is due to products being shipped from different warehouses.
